I understand why no one likes salad, it is plain, has weird or bland textures and it gets boring but being on a health journey is not all sunshine and rainbows. Sacrifices have to be made to get results, doing things you don’t want to do because long term it’s going to get you to your goal. Whatever your personal goal may be, losing 10kgs or gaining muscle and size.
I’m not telling you to go and eat a salad and that will fix everything, I am saying sacrifices need to be made if you want to be the best version of yourself for yourself. No one can make you do anything, no one can hand-feed you a salad (unless you pay them enough money), and no one can make you do that workout.
It comes down to how much you really want it, and how badly you want to achieve your goal.
