Hey! I’m Nicola, the owner and head coach at Fit n Fearless.
As a personal trainer and an online fitness coach, my mission is to help people to be strong both physically and mentally. I would love to help you on your journey to feeling incredible in your own skin.

But this month Iâve had more conversations about stress, sleep, confidence, travel, body image, busy schedules and âI nearly didnât come to the gym todayâ than I have about protein.
Confidence in the gym is knowing why youâre doing what youâre doing, and having someone adjust things when life inevitably gets messy.
