Hey! I’m Nicola, the owner and head coach at Fit n Fearless.
As a personal trainer and an online fitness coach, my mission is to help people to be strong both physically and mentally. I would love to help you on your journey to feeling incredible in your own skin.
As your fitness coach, I will do all it takes to keep you on track to reaching your body goals, whatever they may be. Along the way, we’ll gradually shift your mindset so you feel strong, confident and inspiring.

Now this is a result worth celebrating.
Since starting, Tarah has:
• Lost 5.35kg

Last season was a battle
Physically and mentally, I showed up ticked every box and fought my hardest. But this season is different.

Cutting out your favourite foods that can actually push you further away from your goals.
