If you struggle with knowing what to do in the gym or don’t know which information is right to achieve your goals, this program is made for you. Our 12-week fundamental challenge will not only get you to your goals but teach you how to maintain the progress you have made. With our program, you will get the motivation, support, and accountability you need to conquer the self-doubt of commencing a new workout plan.

This program is designed to help you get started or even help you keep going if you are already training. 
This challenge is a guide that shows you precisely what you need to do in the gym to achieve your goals. Eliminating self-doubt and anxiety when exercising and stopping the anxious treadmill walking cycle while trying to figure out what to do.

These are just some of the things you will learn during the challenge:

  • How to use machines and equipment: helping you feel confident approaching the machines.
  • Learn about nutrition and how to use this to help you achieve your goal.
  • Proper gym etiquette: So you don’t feel like the odd one out
  • Training intensity and safety: Doing your best in your workouts
  • Tips to reduce gym anxiety: To ensure you get to the gym
  • Hacks on feeling comfortable in the gym to ensure you finish your workout.



The online training program will cover everything about the basics of exercise and weightlifting. It will give you the tools you need to confidently prepare to train! If you have no idea where to start in the process of achieving your goals, this is the challenge for you!

FAQ:

How many days do I have to go to the gym?
This is totally individual, but I recommend four days for this challenge. We don’t set unrealistic expectations and are honest with our approach to your health and fitness goals. 

What if I don’t have any gym experience?
This program is made for you! We will coach you every step of the way to ensure you feel confident and comfortable in the gym. Sending through videos and advice on how to appropriately weight lift.

Do I need a gym membership?
Yes, for this 12-week challenge you need a gym membership.

What if I have injuries?
We accommodate all injuries as long as you have a doctor’s clearance to exercise regularly.
