How many days do I have to go to the gym?
This is totally individual; we will recommend a number of training days at the
consultation. This will suit your lifestyle and be achievable for you. We don’t set unrealistic expectations and are honest with our approach to your health and fitness goals. 

What if I don’t have any gym experience?
This program is made for you! We will coach you every step of the way to ensure you feel confident and comfortable in the gym. Sending through videos and advice on how to appropriately weight lift.

Do I need a gym membership?
No, we offer home-workout programs in the package if you prefer the comfort of your own space. No equipment is required for home workouts.

What if I have injuries?
We accommodate all injuries as long as you have a doctor’s clearance to exercise regularly.
