Hey! I’m Nicola, the owner and head coach at Fit n Fearless.
As a personal trainer and an online fitness coach, my mission is to help people to be strong both physically and mentally. I would love to help you on your journey to feeling incredible in your own skin.
As your fitness coach, I will do all it takes to keep you on track to reaching your body goals, whatever they may be. Along the way, we’ll gradually shift your mindset so you feel strong, confident and inspiring.

Without organisation I am nothing 🤣
I often get asked how I fit everything into my life.
Full time fitness coach/business owner, full time uni student, prepping for a bodybuilding show and general life activities.
Preparing and organising ahead of time, is the only way I can manage my time.
Here are my top 5 nonnegotiable to stay on track and organised:
1. Organise food the night before when I’m making dinner.
2. Lay all my clothes out for the next day, before I go to bed.
3. Have a plan with my nutrition before the week starts, so I don’t have to make decision a on the go.
4. Exercise in the morning before the rest of the day begins.
5. Have a similar bedtime and wake up time each day, so I wake up feeling refreshed.
If you struggle to stay on track, it’s worth adding some more organisation and preparation to your life. It will save you time and energy 💙

I know it’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking you need to change your body before you can feel confident, worthy, or strong.

💙 Walk in like you own the place. Shoulders back, head up, act like you belong—because you do. The more you carry yourself with confidence, the more natural it starts to feel.
💙 Move with strength- Even if you’re still figuring things out, don’t hesitate. Set up your weights, follow your plan, and keep your focus on YOU. No one’s paying as much attention to you as you think.
💙 Remember: EVERYONE starts as a beginner. The strongest person in the gym once had their first day too. The difference? They kept showing up.
💙 Wear what makes you feel good. Whether it’s a matching set, an oversized hoodie, or your fave leggings—if you feel good in it, it’ll show.
💙 Celebrate every win. Got through your workout? That’s a win. Added a little more weight? Another win. Confidence is built through action, not waiting until you "feel ready."
