Hey! I’m Nicola, the owner and head coach at Fit n Fearless.
As a personal trainer and an online fitness coach, my mission is to help people to be strong both physically and mentally. I would love to help you on your journey to feeling incredible in your own skin.

I’m not telling you to lift weights just so you can have toned arms or see a bit of muscle definition in your quads.
I’m telling you because it’s one of the BEST things you can do for your body long term.
Muscle mass- From your 30s onwards, you start losing muscle every single year. Less muscle means everyday things like carrying groceries, playing with your kids, or walking up stairs get harder. Strength training stops that; more muscle also means you burn more calories at rest, so your metabolism gets a boost too.
Bone density- Lifting weights doesn’t just work your muscles, it strengthens your bones, too. Helping you to feel stronger and lessen the risk of breaking bones if you fall over. Plus, strong muscles protect your joints so you move better and ache less.
Energy- The stronger you are, the more energy you’ll have for life. Lifting improves blood flow, hormone balance, and even sleep, so you wake up feeling ready for the day.
This isn’t about being the strongest person in the gym.
It’s about building a body that lets you live, travel, dance at weddings, run after your kids or grandkids, carry all the shopping in one go (because obviously 😂).
For long term health and confidence?
