Hey! I’m Nicola, the owner and head coach at Fit n Fearless.
As a personal trainer and an online fitness coach, my mission is to help people to be strong both physically and mentally. I would love to help you on your journey to feeling incredible in your own skin.

Progress in the gym isn’t just about lifting heavier.
Yes, adding weight is one way but it’s not the only way.
You can progress by doing more reps with the same weight. Adding an extra set. Resting for less time. Slowing down your tempo makes the movement harder. Pushing with more intent and focus. Training with better form and control.
All of those things count. All of those things move you forward.
If you keep doing the same thing, with the same effort, your body won’t change. But if you challenge yourself just that little bit more each session — even if it’s not more weight — you are progressing.
That’s what I teach my clients.
We don’t chase perfection. We chase progress.
And when you focus on the little ways to level up each week, the results take care of themselves.

Getting enough protein doesn’t have to be complicated.
It’s often just about making small tweaks to what you're already eating. Adding things like Greek yogurt to breakfast, a handful of nuts as a snack, or tossing some shredded chicken into your salad can make a big difference throughout the day.
Protein helps keep you fuller for longer and supports your body in feeling strong and energised.
When you’re building a meal, try to think of protein as the base.
Whether it’s eggs, tofu, tuna, or lean meat. Start there, then build around it with carbs and veggies.
You don’t need to be perfect, you just need to be consistent.
A little bit of protein in each meal adds up quickly and helps you feel more satisfied.
When you include a good source of protein, your hunger is better managed, your energy levels stay more even, and you’re less likely to reach for the nearest snack just to keep going.

Gail has lost over 20kgs, but this didn't come with mindlessly walking into the gym.
She didn't leave the treadmill and wasn’t seeing any real changes, and it was starting to feel like maybe it just wouldn’t happen for her.
