As a personal trainer and an online fitness coach, my mission is to help people to be strong both physically and mentally. I would love to help you on your journey to feeling incredible in your own skin.

Getting enough protein doesn’t have to be complicated.
It’s often just about making small tweaks to what you're already eating. Adding things like Greek yogurt to breakfast, a handful of nuts as a snack, or tossing some shredded chicken into your salad can make a big difference throughout the day.
Protein helps keep you fuller for longer and supports your body in feeling strong and energised.
When you’re building a meal, try to think of protein as the base.
Whether it’s eggs, tofu, tuna, or lean meat. Start there, then build around it with carbs and veggies.
You don’t need to be perfect, you just need to be consistent.
A little bit of protein in each meal adds up quickly and helps you feel more satisfied.
When you include a good source of protein, your hunger is better managed, your energy levels stay more even, and you’re less likely to reach for the nearest snack just to keep going.

You don’t always need to lift heavier to progress in the gym, but you do need to push yourself.
Progress comes from intensity.
That means challenging your body, not just going through the motions. If you’re doing the same weights, same reps, and it feels easy... you’re not going to see change. You need to feel uncomfortable. You need to be in that zone where your body wants to stop, but your mind says keep going.
Adding intensity could mean slower reps with more control, squeezing harder at the top of the movement, resting less between sets or doing one or two extra reps even when it burns. That’s where real progress happens.
So many people plateau because they’re not pushing. They’re showing up, but they’re not working. There’s a big difference.
My coaching isn’t just about giving you a plan, it’s about making sure you’re training with purpose. We focus on effort, not just ticking the boxes. That’s when you start seeing results, not just in your body, but in how strong you feel walking out of the gym.

What is a mini cut?
An intense fat loss phase (2–6 weeks) used during a bulking cycle in bodybuilding.
- Helps to drop fat that has built up during a bulk, keeping me in better condition.
- it can improve how your body uses food, making the next muscle building phase more effective.
- having fast results can reignite motivation during a long building phase.
Perfect for staying on track without doing a full diet, when the long term goal is to be in a better position for my next show.

From never doing chin ups before, to completing solid repetitions!
The Small Group PT ladies nailed our last phase, where we worked on chin ups and gaining upper body strength.
The wins:
All ladies dropped 1-2 bands on their chin ups
Completed 10+ full push ups
Over 5kgs lost within the group
So proud of them for showing up, and trying new things. Pushing themselves every week and growing their confidence with big movements in the gym.

Losing 5kg doesn’t have to be this big, hard, overwhelming thing.
