Hey! I’m Nicola, the owner and head coach at Fit n Fearless.

As a personal trainer and an online fitness coach, my mission is to help people to be strong both physically and mentally. I would love to help you on your journey to feeling incredible in your own skin.

As your fitness coach, I will do all it takes to keep you on track to reaching your body goals, whatever they may be. Along the way, we’ll gradually shift your mindset so you feel strong, confident and inspiring.

The physical stress of exercise causes tiny tears in muscle fibres, and protein is what helps repair them, making your muscles stronger. Without enough protein, recovery slows down, and you may even lose muscle instead of building it. 

By increasing your body's fuel, it needs to rebuild, grow, and maintain lean muscle. 

Also preventing muscle loss, is especially important when dieting or aging, as it helps maintain lean muscle mass and overall strength.
