As a personal trainer and an online fitness coach, my mission is to help people to be strong both physically and mentally. I would love to help you on your journey to feeling incredible in your own skin.

Fat loss comes from being in an overall deficit, no single type or specific food will create a fat loss.
Cutting out foods overall often leads to cravings, overeating and an all or nothing approach. Which leads you falling off track.
Learning to include all foods in moderation is key to long term results and consistency. Creating a good relationship with food.

Carbohydrates aren’t all the same, and knowing the different types can make a big difference to your energy, recovery, and overall health.
👉🏼 Simple carbs (like lollies, white bread, soft drinks) give you a quick burst of energy but don’t keep you full for long.
👉🏼 Complex carbs (like oats, brown rice, sweet potato, wholegrain bread) release energy slowly, helping you stay fuelled and satisfied for hours.
👉🏼 Fibre-rich carbs (like vegetables, fruits, legumes, wholegrains) support digestion, keep you fuller for longer, and are essential for gut health.
When you understand how each type works, you can use them to your advantage: steady energy from complex carbs, digestive support from fibre, and quick boosts from simple carbs when you need them most (like before or after a workout).

Building self-trust in the gym starts with keeping the small promises you make to yourself. It’s not about being perfect, but about showing up consistently and proving to yourself that you can follow through.
👉🏼 Start with realistic commitments, 2–3 sessions you can stick to.
👉🏼Treat your workouts like an appointment, show up for yourself the way you would for anyone else.
👉🏼Focus on effort, not perfection. Trust grows from consistency.
👉🏼Keep promises small, like “I’ll walk in and do my first exercise,” then build from there.
👉🏼 Acknowledge each win and tell yourself, I did what I said I would.
The more consistently you show up, the stronger your self-trust and confidence will become, both in the gym and in everyday life.
