Hey! I’m Nicola, the owner and head coach at Fit n Fearless.
As a personal trainer and an online fitness coach, my mission is to help people to be strong both physically and mentally. I would love to help you on your journey to feeling incredible in your own skin.
As your fitness coach, I will do all it takes to keep you on track to reaching your body goals, whatever they may be. Along the way, we’ll gradually shift your mindset so you feel strong, confident and inspiring.

Everyone starts somewhere, and no one in the gym is judging you as much as you think.
The more you go, the more comfortable you'll feel. Stick to your plan, focus on your progress, and remember confidence comes with consistency!

Feel uncoordinated?
Like you’re more stressed about falling off than your actual workout?
Pilates might not be for you. And that’s okay!
Not every form of exercise is for everyone, there will be types of exercise that you enjoy. Just like there will be things you don’t like.
Just because it’s “trendy” and “gym girls” are doing Pilates, doesn’t mean you have to. Finding exercise you enjoy is the key to having consistency.
This leads to you feeling more confident in your body and your ability to move forward in your goals.
So if you tried it, and you don’t like. You’re not a failure, you just have to go to the movement you enjoy doing. Because this will be the best way to achieve your goals and feel good about your body.
